1 medium size burger bun
2 tbsp. hot sauce
2 tbsp. Italian dressing
3 tbsp. French dressing
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
¼ tsp. red cayenne powder
¼ tsp. sweet paprika powder
2 pcs breaded chicken
Salted potato stick
In the small bowl whisk all the ingredients (hot sauce, Italian dressing, French dressing, mayonnaise, cayenne chili powder, sweet paprika powder)
Pre-heat the deep fryer until reach 160 Celsius.
Fry breaded chicken for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
Toast the burger bun in a grilling pan around 1 minute

Mix the fried chicken with sauce
Place the bottom of the buns on the plate top first layer with lettuce followed by chicken breast, and salted potato sticks, place the bun on top and serve.
