2 pcs. Breaded chicken
200 gm. Potato wedges
1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
1/8 tsp. black pepper powder
3 tbsp. cooking cream
4 tbsp. milk
1/8 sea salt

Ingredient: for mushroom sauce

1 pkt. Mushroom soup
400 ml. water
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper powder
1/8 tsp. smoked paprika

For the garnish

1 tbsp. Oman chips
½ tsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. sumac powder


  • Preheat the deep fryer to 170 Celsius, fry the potato wedges around 6 minutes and keep aside.
  • In a Same heat 170 Celsius deep fry the 2 pcs of frozen breaded chicken around 5 minutes until golden brown and keep aside.
  • To the mashed potato, in a saucepan add wedges, cream, milk, and the spices, combine all items together, mash the items with whisker in a low flame. Keep aside.

Preparation: for the sauce

  • In a medium saucepan boil the water, add mushroom soup whisk continually, add other spices, and cook until smooth texture.

The plating:

On a plate, place the mashed potato top with fried chicken, pour the mushroom sauce top of the chicken, sprinkle the garnish.
